Adam Ski has been leading Bendigo Toyota as the Dealer Principal for over five years, and in that time, he and his family have truly become part of the Bendigo community. Adam's wife Javiera is busy helping provide staffing solutions for Bendigo Health through her business MOR Healthcare while  their children are enjoying being part of a thriving local primary school.

With 24 years in the automotive industry, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on approach to dealership operations, ensuring that our customers always have an exceptional experience. He continues to emphasize community engagement, building on our long-standing sponsorships and extending our network within the region.

Under Adam’s leadership, Bendigo Toyota has not only maintained its status as Central Victoria’s largest Toyota dealership but has also seen significant achievements. We are proud to have raised over $130,000 for Bendigo Foodshare through our annual golf day. Our commitment to the community was recognized with the prestigious Matt McGuinty Award from Toyota Australia, an honor given to a dealership that makes a significant difference in their community. This accolade was in part due to our longstanding contributions to Bendigo Foodshare, where we have alos collected more than 3 tonnes of food, and the Bendigo Health Foundation, where we have helped raise more than $15,000 for mental health programs in the region, among other community initiatives.

First Impression

The WOW Factor is the first impression. It can be the emotion/expression when a customer walks into the dealership, when a staff member meets them for the first time or when the customer sees that shiny new car displayed on the showroom floor. The WOW factor is incredibly important as the way a person feels can affect their decisions and judgements, therefore we set a very high standard and I quite often hear the customers say “WOW!"
